TEDxPenn brings "Æffect" to the stage in 2022. The theme is intentionally polysemic—the coexistence of many possible meanings for a word or phrase. At our first in-person conference in three years, you are invited to explore the reciprocal nature of action. From artists to activists, from executives to restaurateurs, our speakers will consider how their journeys have been Affected, as well as the Effect that they have left on the world.

This year, we are bringing together 1,000 attendees for a day of insight and learning from our talented speaker lineup and performers. Join us for a dive into the value of a multidisciplinary approach to affecting change, because we know that progress requires synthesizing many perspectives.
